Wierd performance spikes and lagging everything?

i have been having this problem for a few days now, its getting really concerning as everything i do doesnt seems to be working, im very worried.https://imgur.com/a/E5YMwrhHere is how it looks, is basically just a huge lag spike, the audio goes choppy for some seconds, along with the mouse, like a slowed down video.

    CPU spikes and performance lag

I just did all 3 of the things you suggested and nothing has changed. Do you have any other ideas.

Edit: Apparently I didn't do all the things, you suggested me, correctly. I just did them again, like they are supposed to be done, and everything seems to be working appropriately. There are no lag spikes and I think the problem is fixed. Thank you very much for helping me.

    Random lag spikes

    Hi,

We would like to know more about your lag issue:

    • What browser are you using when you experience a lag?
    • Does the lag occur in a particular game?

In the meantime, we suggest you run the System Maintenance troubleshooter. Here are the steps:

    • Press Windows Key + X.
    • Click on Control Panel.
    • Select Troubleshooting.
    • On the left pane, click on View All.
    • Click on System Maintenance to run the troubleshooter.

    Looking forward to your response.

Significant CPU, GPU and RAM lag spikes

My computer is having significant lag spikes. How do I make my computer's CPU, GPU and RAM go down? Any tips or suggestions? Also I use this computer for gaming.

    100% gpu usage!
    6.5gb ram usage!
    65% cpu usage!
    Disk does fine, though.

    Windows 10, 21H2
