Windows 10: wifi 5g connectivity issue

dear team i recenlty encountering a problem in connecting to 5 g network I am currently using windows 11 previously it was connecting to 5 g but for the past 2 weeks my windows failed to get connected all the drivers are up to date and router is also working fine,any solutions pls

Laptop only connects to 5g not regular WIFI

My computer will only connect to 5g wifi not any other wifi. It shows the other wifi connections but will not connect. I know it is not the modem because other laptops will connect to the non 5g wifi and works fine. When I connect to 5g it works but frequently
disconnects and reconnects. This is not a huge problem at home since I have 5g but I got the Lenovo Yoga to use for work and we do not have 5g wifi there.

 

Connecting to 5G WiFi.

I have a new PC with a Realtek 802.11bg network adapter. Can't see my home 5G network ever on my available networks but it always is on my other devices.

How can I configure this computer to make it connect to 5G WiFi?

how do i connect my dell inspiron5755 to 5g. my phone and tv(both samsung) connect easily. 5g doesn't even show up on the list for the computer
