Wifi adapter keeps disconneting after this June's update. I have an Asus laptop,Edition Windows 10 Pro Version 21H1 Installed on ‎30/‎1/‎2021 OS build 19043.1081 Experience Windows Feature Experience Pack 120.2212.3530.0 Wifi adapter: Realtek 8822CE Wireless LAN 802.11ac PCI-E NIC driver version: 2024.0.8.108Hope someone can assist me. I already tried uninstalling the wifi driver, roll back, still the same. Tried to turnoff power saving for the adapter, still no improvements. Tried to reset fw settings to default. Please someone assist me. It's ruining my work from home setup. : Also se

Update made wifi adapter disapear

If the wifi adapter appears in Device manager without any warning triangle but there is no wifi section in Settings, Networks then reinstall the wifi adapter.

If the wifi adapter appears in Device manager without any warning triangle and there is a wifi section in Settings, Networks then use Settings, Update, Troubleshoot. I'd suggest this sequence:-
Hardware & devices
Network adapter
Internet connections

Windows 10 Wifi keeps disconnecting after Spring update

Hello there.

After I updated my PC with the latest patch, my wifi is horrible. It keeps dropping the internet connection every 10 minutes or so and the access to internet is cut off for 10 - 20 secs and then comes back. Really annoying.

(I tried updating my wifi adapter, internet adapter on the Device manage, also the easy step turn off and on the router and didn't solve my issue)

Any suggestions? Thanks.

 

Wifi adapter disappears - goes 'hidden'


Running Windows 10 on an Acer laptop. Over the past month, the wifi connection dropped without explanation/warning.

First time, the adapter was visible in Device Manager (with a yellow triangle next to it). An interent search found the suggestion to uninstall it and restart. That worked.

Today, the connection dropped again. In Device Manager at first I could not see the wifi adapter listed. I clicked to see hidden devices and found the adapter and the Bluetooth (which I had not noticed was missing).

I again uninstalled, restarted, and both the wifi and bluetooth have returned.

Anyone any ideas as to what is happening, why it's happening, and what I need to do, please?

I have attached a screenshot of the DM windows as it is now, showing the wifi adapter name, etc.
