Windows 10: Wifi adapter needs to be reset every time I turn on

I have had an issue with wifi adapter ever since I got my new Surface Pro 6 but I procrastinated and let Tech Support warranty expire. Every time I turn on my machine it fails to connect to my network. It either doesn't show a connection or says I'm connected but "no internet access". I have to run the network troubleshooter and it "fixes" the wifi adapter, but the fix only lasts for that session. I already searched for an updated driver - it was already current. There's nothing wrong with my network; all other devices connect no problem.

2. Antivirus uninstalled
3. Turn on mobile hotspot : can not be turned on while the wifi adapter is off
4. uninstall all virtual adapters: Done
5. HostedNetworkSettings key deleted
6. updating both your Network adapter drivers or uninstall them. : Done
7. Starting hotspot from command prompt does not work while the wifi adapter is off
8. Microsoft Hosted Network Virtual Adapter: not found. windows can not make virtual adapter while wifi adapter is off

The main problem is that the wifi adapter is off and if I turned it on it went off again immediately

I tried an external wifi USB adapter and it has the same problem, even if it is on it can not start a hotspot.

What must I do

Its only four days now from the answer of Mr. Aracely and the problem has comeback again

the wifi adapter is off and every time I turn it on it went back to off immediately.

I performed the mentioned steps again but this time it does not work

what can I do.

 

Wifi adapter disappears - goes 'hidden'


Running Windows 10 on an Acer laptop. Over the past month, the wifi connection dropped without explanation/warning.

First time, the adapter was visible in Device Manager (with a yellow triangle next to it). An interent search found the suggestion to uninstall it and restart. That worked.

Today, the connection dropped again. In Device Manager at first I could not see the wifi adapter listed. I clicked to see hidden devices and found the adapter and the Bluetooth (which I had not noticed was missing).

I again uninstalled, restarted, and both the wifi and bluetooth have returned.

Anyone any ideas as to what is happening, why it's happening, and what I need to do, please?

I have attached a screenshot of the DM windows as it is now, showing the wifi adapter name, etc.
