    WiFi and Bluetooth capabilities dissapear


    I went away from my PC for a week and when I came back I am now unable to find any options or setting for my WiFi and Bluetooth. Both are from my motherboard ROG STRIX Z-370 G GAMING WIFI AC. I have tried both troubleshooters and in regards to the bluetooth it doesn't even show in the device manager.

    • Confirm which build is currently installed on your device. To check, follow the steps below:
    • Press Windows key + R, then type in winver.
    • Click OK.
    • Were there any recent changes made prior to this issue?
    • What is the model of your laptop?

    Wifi connection sometimes dissapearing does anybody here can help me how to fix this proble. im using a cisco router. but the other employee always dissapearing there connection in WIFI anybody here know what is the root of the problem ?? thanks for the help in advance GOD Bless alwayss.
