Windows 10: WIFI and Bluetooth Connection are gone after Windows 11 Update

Hi there, I just recently updated to Windows 11 with my personal laptop ASUS Zenbook Pro 15 UX550GEX_UX580GE. After using less than one month from this update, the laptop suddenly not lost all connection to WIFI and Bluetooth device. Under the Device Manager, the Intel R Wireless-AC 9560 160MHz has a big exclamation mark. I search through the forum, and tried to troubleshoot it, uninstall it and install a new updated Intel driver. It's still not working. As of Bluetooth issue is even worst, the Bluetooth device is totally not detected. May I get help from this expertise group? Thanks Best re

Thanks for your prompt response. My notebook is Thinkpad E531. Machine type 6885. I have not updated any device driver. In fact the problem happened on day 1 already (right after W-10 installation).

Has tried your suggestion but in vain. Resetting the router still not work. The problem is my 'Wireless Network Connection' was disabled as shown on 'Network Connections' and could not be enabled. The icon has turned gray. Troubleshooting could not
identify the problem.

I realize that when you activate Bluetooth Wi-Fi connection is gone. I will try to help you with this issue.

There might be a conflict between Bluetooth frequency and Wi-Fi frequency. You may try to alter or change the Wi-Fi frequency to a different channel and check if that helps.

Please answer these questions to get more clarity on this issue:

  What is the make and model of the PC?
  
• 
  Did you update all device drivers after upgrading to Windows 10?
  

These are some of the general steps that you may want to try to check if that helps.

You will be able to solve some problems by running a troubleshooter that will automatically fix some common issues with Windows Update.

Open the Network troubleshooter by following these steps:

Click on “Network Adapter” troubleshooter to fix problems with

Can't connect to wifi after Windows Update

I have now tried all of the suggested steps at least twice.

The only instance of seemingly achieving any progress was the first time I performed a clean boot, when the wifi connection actually worked. But after that, I tried following the steps to isolate the problem and then after restarting the computer, all of
my wireless features have disappeared again. I have tried repeating the entire sequence of steps again, but the wifi hasn't worked again. It just worked that one time, but I don't know why it was different that time.

I have been trying to fix this for over 11 hours, but haven't been able to connect back to wifi.

I would like to know if rolling back the Windows Update is an option and, if so, how to do that and how to prevent Windows from updating again.
