  1. Wifi and Bluetooth dissapeared- reappearing briefly after being reset/reinstalled/factory/reset

So, when i say i have tried everything, and i do mean everything, i know of to get my Bluetooth and my wife back up, i cant emphasise to the point how truthful i am being.I have factory reset my laptop, reinstalled everything, deleted drivers and reinstalled drivers, reverted to old backups and updated everything several times over.My Bluetooth symbol has completely disappeared my wife symbol as well, they sometimes return but like a lucky quarter they don't come around too often, and they don't come around together. But even if they do appear one wrong move and they will disappear out of my

Homegroup reappears after doing factory reset

I performed a factory reset which went fine. When I click on Homegroup it says I can join the one I previously setup on the machine before the factory reset, i.e it is asking me to join my own Homegroup. I do not have the password for my (old) Homegroup.

I've tried some of the solutions I found on here (deleting files in Appdata/... and stopping the service but the old Homegroup still persists.

    1) Do you usually join your own Homegroup?
    2) Is there a way to get the password?
    3) Can the old Homegroup be erased?
    4) Any other suggestions?

    Thanks for the help.

Reset Acer Travelmate to factory settings

Hi all, I have an Acer Travelmate with Win10 (1607), I would like to save Win 10 to a stick, then reset the laptop back to factory settings and then reinstall Win10. There is no program on the laptop that requires saving. Any advice or suggestions, not to technical, would be very much appreciated, thanks Roy
