Windows 10: Wifi and ethernet problems after Windows 10 Home 1803 version KB4023057 update

Hello everyone!
I had the bad idea to install the KB4023057 update, the notebook has loaded it and restarted, but when I tried to connect to the internet an error message appeared; I looked in the control panel and I noticed with great surprise that both the wifi and the ethernet connection are not active! The icons have a red x in the part below and can not be enabled.
I tried to update the drivers of the wifi card and ethernet controller with no results, I checked that it was not activated the airplane mode, I uninstalled and reinstalled the drivers but there is nothing to do .... do you have any suggestions?

The command prompt steps, ran for me, but and repaired my update problem with this error:

Update for Windows 10 Version 1803 for x64-based Systems (KB4023057) - Error 0x80070643.

but now I'm receiving a new one: 2018-11 Update for Windows 10 Version 1803 for x64-based Systems (KB4023057) - Error 0x80246010

yes that worked it reinstalled 2018-11 Update for Windows 10 Version 1803 for x64-based Systems (KB4023057)

thanks for your help, could you tell me how to open App list so if need be I can remove an earlier version of KB4023057

problems downloading & applying updates KB4023057 & KB4467702

I get these recurrent errors in Windows Update --

• 2018-11 Cumulative Update for Windows 10 Version 1803 for x64-based Systems (KB4467702) - Error 0x80070015
• 2018-12 Update for Windows 10 Version 1803 for x64-based Systems (KB4023057) - Error 0x80070015

I stumbled on this resource (WAY too unintuitive to find that, Microsoft! It should be linked visibly in
Windows Update) --

Microsoft Update Catalog

...where I was able to successfully download other updates which also produced recurrent errors EXCEPT NOT
KB4023057 and KB4467702 --

• KB4467702 I could download and run the installer and it repeatedly tells me my system doesn't need that item, even after restarting the system. Then WHY does
  Windows Update think I need it?
• KB4023057 - is absent in Microsoft Update Catalog
