    Wifi auto disconnect after plug in


    Hi, I have a question here. The problem I have encountered is some what weird. When my laptop is on battery mode, everything works fine but after I plug in to charge my laptop, then I cant connect my wifi anymore and I have to restart to solve the problem. I have just encountered this problem recently after I have updated my Windows. I do not know whether it is Window update problem or it is my laptop driver problem. Hope someone can solve my problem. Thank you very much.

    • If you have an identical laptop try comparing the wifi and security settings of the one that does not disconnect with the one that does. If you find any differences change the settings of the one that does not work to the one that does.

    WiFi doesn't auto-connect upon boot or reboot.

    Facts:

    HP laptop,

    Connect Automatically is checked,

    Manually clicking Connect works properly,

    My ISP-provided SSID is always top of the list and the strongest signal.

    WiFi disconnects from time to time for no apparent reason. When this happens, auto-connect doesn't auto-(re)connect.

    That's what the auto setting will do since you're over the 1333 mark it jumps to the next step which isn't listed or officially supported I assume by that ram.

    At this point though I would suggest dropping the multi one step or .5 so that we can get something stable and possibly take the heat issue out of the picture for now.
