Windows 10: Wifi become slow for only one PC

Hello

PS: I am not good in English, sorry if I cannot describe things properly


I have a PC with Window 10, previously it was OK with the network speed.

Suddenly, my PC's wifi become slower a lot.

I cannot found out the reason of it.

I tried a lots of test, to find the reason.

All of other devices connected to the wifi is OK with the network speed. include my phone, my Macbook, my family's devices

Then, I tried to connect different devices to different wifi to test their speed by https://www.speedtest.net/, here is the result:

PS: normally, i use "Home wifi 5Ghz" for my PC, it suppose is the fastest before

Home wifi 2.4 GhzHome wifi 5GhzPhone hotspot wifi 2.4Ghz
PC with problemaround 18-30 mbpsaround 3-6 mbpsaround 26-27 mbps

It is very strange!

Even if the PC connected with phone hotspot is even faster than connect to the home wifi.

And the speed of both devices connected to phone hotspot is very close.

I don't know is it normal or not


So, what is happening to my PC? How can I solve this problem?

by the way, one small things I want to mention. MThe day my PC start get slower, my father force turn off all electricity in my house. I am not sure it is related, just to mention.............

PC slow and not responding

Wifi very slow on laptop, but ok on other devices - Windows 10

Hi Annu

I've had the same problem as Panayiotis1984. Upgraded to Windows 10 on my Lenovo from windows 8.1 - now the wifi is painfully slow. The wifi still works fine on my other devices (smartphone etc).

I tried the steps that you suggested but they did not bring an improvement.

Any other suggestions?
