    Wifi, Bluetooth, or Airplane mode not working grayed out


    My laptop was working fine on Wednesday after all the updates. Was not any having any connectivity issues until today when I have to work.There was no icon or setting for wifi connections. Bluetooth troubleshooter said my lapttop does not have the capabilities. And the airplane mode button is grayed out. When I run the troubleshooter for the network connections which is a blank window it says "you are connected using a virtual network adapter that we can't test" I have SEARCHED the internet for issues that clearly everyone had in Dec 2023 so why I am suddenly having the issue I don't know. I
