Windows 10: WiFi card Intel AX210 problem with Windows 10 LTSC

Hi communityI try use Intel AX2100 wireles cardif i boot via LiveCD with Windows 10 x64 AX2100 works fineif i boot into installed system Windows 10 LTSC 21H2 x-64 cyclic reboot occurs at loading stageI decided to reinstall systeminstallation was successful but before first reboot i have cyclic reboot occurs on loading stage againWhat is the problem?Why does AX210 work on the LiveCD and not work on installed system?and how fix it?

I'll tell you how I fixed an identical problem on a ASUS laptop that had run perfectly on Windows 7 and ran well on W10 from January until the Anniversary update in early August. I tried everything I found on this forum and two others. Nothing worked. The last thing someone suggested was disabling the adapter and using a WiFi dongle. Problem continued. Nobody suggested changing the wireless network adapter. I bought and installed an Intel 7260 WiFi card and just used the driver which was downloaded on the reboot after the install. All problems solved!!

I must have wasted two months reading and trying everything. Even the manufacturer support inferred I needed a new machine though they sent me a Windows 8.1 driver to try, with the same result.

I'd suggest contacting the manufacturer to determine if they white list any cards and see if they have suggestions for a compatible card. They may want you to buy another laptop but if the cards aren't white listed, a simple card swap to one compatible with Windows 10 seems to be the answer.

 

Recommendation for WiFi usb / card

Many of the adapters are all basically the same thing, based around the same chipsets. My personal preferences are for cards that use the Intel AX200 for WiFi 6 and the Intel AX210 for a WiFi 6e adapter. Many companies will tell you what chip they are using.

Coincidentally, I just finished a few minutes ago testing and swapping WiFi adapters in two completely different laptop models. I was testing using a Wifi 6 router (not 6e) but ironically, in both laptops I got better performance with the AX210 adapter vs the AX200 adapter. I guess that even at WiFi 6 this may be a little better adapter.

 

intel ax210 and ax200 can't do hotspot in 5Gh (windows 11/10)

I mean, that i have in my pc wifi card intel ax210. I use laptop near that and when I do hotspot from the pc the laptop i can't set the setting to 5Gh, its say something went rong (i want the pc make the wifi). For more accurate it will be tomorrow when i will tern on the pc again. So i try in the laptop to do the and its say the same answer. In intel community they didn't really helped. Maybe someone in Microsoft community can help me.
