Windows 10: Wifi Configurations and List won't appear

So as of yesterday my Wifi configuration display is acting up. I have internet connection and am able to connect to any wifi network I previously have connected to, but when I hit the WiFi icon in the lower right hand corner the display of WiFi Networks and Wifi Configurations such as Airplane Mode / Hotspot Option / Turn on/off WiFi no longer display. The Display comes up like trying to load and then just closes up.Already tried to go through the Network and Sharing Center also. Same issue.I did go into msconfig.exe and disabled several non-Window functions as my CPU was running way high at 9

Wifi list won´t show




Hi

my new aspire 5 all of a sudden stopped letting me open the wifi list, while i had the same provider it was allright but right now i have changed my provider and since i can´t see the available networks it doesn´t let me choose it.
I´ve already tried to update drivers, restart internet settings, save the new wifi mannualy to see if the computer could connect. but nothing provided results.
From what i can guess it looks like the problem is not in the connection, because i can connect in to my old wifi and also a ethernet cable but somethig is preventing the wifi list to appear.

 

Windows Lumia 930 won,t connect to the wifi.

l have windows nokia Lumia 930 and it won,t connect to wifi at home or at work

 

is there any demand for a system configurator?
