Windows 10: Wifi connection is often interrupted

The Wifi connection is interrupted with varying probability. Sometimes it is completely unstable and occurs every few seconds. Sometimes it doesn't occur for hours. It occurs most often in some hotspots than others.There is the error in the Event Viewer/Windows Logs/System:"The server could not bind to the transport \Device\NetBT_Tcpip_{GUID} because another computer on the network has the same name. The server could not start."It's the only error log I can see despite many interruptions.I can see a few warning-level logs: "6062 - Lso was triggered"and Information level logs, e.g.:"The driver

OK, so the Windows 10 engineers bollixed up the wifi connectivity part of the operating system. Everybody knows that by now. It seems they are making some progress in resolving it. Now, instead of seeing "Secured, No Internet" on your list of wifi connections, you see "Connected, Secured" EXCEPT no webpages will load. So you really aren't connected. It does seem to be a step in the right direction. Does anybody know when they plan on a full and complete repair of this screw up of epic proportions?
