    Hello,I have following two challenges connecting my laptop Windows 10 Home edition and my Epson XP-540 series.1 Printer appears offlineNo matter all the tries restarting, re-installing software etc. the printer keeps on seeming offline and the troubleshooter doesn't detect a problem. I want to use it via wi-fi. Connecting it via cable works normally.2 Printing in grayscale word documentsThere is no option to select the color of printing? Printer preferences don't provide such an option, neither do the advanced printer settings and all is printed in color.Thanks and regards!

    Epson XP-405 Printer to Windows 10 on Levono. No printer preference options such as to choose grayscale, collate or print in reverse order

    Hello,

    I have just got a new levono laptop with Windows 10. My Epson XP-405 Printer. The printer preference options has none of the previous choice options such as to choose grayscale, collate or print in reverse order etc.

    How do I change these?

    Epson XP-540 Printer

    I have just fitted a new non-Epson ink cartridge to my XP-540 printer and am getting an error message on the printer display. The message is "INk cartridge not recognised. Please change cartridges."

    The printer will not operate it seems until genuine Epson ink cartridges are fitted. Is there a fix for this?

    My computer is a new (2 months) Lenovo "ideapad" running Windows 10.

    Anyone know how to fix this please?
