Windows 10: Wifi Connections are not visible

After upgrading from Windows 10 to Windows 11, I am facing issue of wifi invisibility. Wifi connections are not visible or system does not auto connect to wifi. It is happening in 2 cases. 1. Computer becomes active after sleep.2. Computer is turned on from hibernate.I tried troubleshoot but it does not enable wifi connections. So when it happens, I need to restart my computer. Any solution will be highly appreciated.

Wifi no longer visible to some but not all devices...

my pc - windows 10 - my home wifi network visible and connects fine
my work pc - windows 10 - my home wifi network visible and connects fine
girlfriends pc - windows 10 - my home wifi network is not visible from the wifi list so cannot connect to my home wifi network
girlfriends phone - android - my home wifi network visible and connects fine
my phone - android - my home wifi network is not visible from the wifi list so cannot connect to my home wifi network


all of the above were working fine with visibility to my home network until about 2 days ago... just to be clear this is one single network...

any ideas on the likely cause and solution would be appreciated...

We apologize for the delayed response. If the WiFi networks are still missing after turning on Network Discovery, we recommend that you run the
Network troubleshooter. This troubleshooter can help diagnose and fix common connection problems. To run it, follow the steps below:

• Click Start.
• In the search bar, type Network problems, and then select
  Identify and repair network problems from the list of results.
• Follow the steps in the troubleshooter and see if that fixes the problem.

If the issue persists, we suggest that you make sure that the Radio Management and
Windows Connection Manager services are running. These services enable management of network connectivity on your computer. Here's how:

• Click Start.
• In the search bar, type Services, and then select Services from the list of results.
• Look for Radio Management and Windows Connection Manager
  in the list of services and check if the status is Running and startup type is
  Automatic.
• You can double-click on the service name to start the service and set the startup type to
  Automatic.

When will the wifi connectivity problems be solved?


OK, so the Windows 10 engineers bollixed up the wifi connectivity part of the operating system. Everybody knows that by now. It seems they are making some progress in resolving it. Now, instead of seeing "Secured, No Internet" on your list of wifi connections, you see "Connected, Secured" EXCEPT no webpages will load. So you really aren't connected. It does seem to be a step in the right direction. Does anybody know when they plan on a full and complete repair of this screw up of epic proportions?
