Windows 10: Wifi constantly connecting and disconnecting at full bars + high ping

So recently, I was on my laptop playing some games like Roblox when all of a sudden my ping and recovery skyrockets. Not sure what happened so I went to my router and everything seemed to be okay. I tested my Wi-Fi connection on several different devices and it seemingly worked except on my windows 10 computer. I tried everything:Checking if there were any corrupted files there were noneUsing the network troubleshooter it keeps on saying that it fixed the router issue but nothing happensDoing virus and malware scanning nothing, even tried Malwarebytes or a VPN and it didn't change anyth

WiFi randomly disconnects.

I have recently reset my PC by pressing shift while restarting and updated my drivers a few days ago. When I open games like csgo and roblox and other games that require WiFi constantly it disconnects me from the game almost instantly but not the WiFi and when
i use programs like discord my ping will suddenly go up very high and then go back down. I have tried updating my drivers and running netsh winsock reset catalog on command prompt as administrator from a video i saw on YouTube. My WiFi signal is at 4 bars
constantly and my wifi speeds are 22 for download and 7 for upload. All my other family members have WiFi on this network and before i reset the system it was working fine. I would appreciate any help. thanks!

 

High ping on only one computer. Disconnects, high DPC

Windows version: 1709

I have an ASUS X556UR notebook connected to a home WiFi. Everything was fine, apart from rare disconnects (computer losing router, which I thought to be signal stength/distance issue at the time).

However 2 weeks ago my internet got a lot worse. Basically now I have occasional 2-7 seconds ping in MMO games and browser, losing connection, disconnecting and losing router in the WiFi list (reappears in few seconds). Initally I thought that it's ISP fault, then router. But other notebooks and phones have no issue while my notebook does. So I realised that the problem is in my notebook.

Windows Update and Windows Defender are off.
There were no system/driver updates/configuration changes in the last 2 weeks. I literally didn't move notebook from the table.

I tried:

• Manual disconnect/reconnect to WiFi router
• Reboot
• Moving notebook closer to the router
• Updating WiFi, sound, display drivers
• Windows 10 "Network troubleshooter"
• Disc and RAM scan
• Virus scan (Kaspersky)
• WiFi adapter settings reset

What I can't try to check or use as a solution:

• Connect to the router via cable (lack of cable)

Additional info: I noticed that during lag spikes my sound and mouse cursor stutter as well.

 

High ping only on PC with WiFi

Hi

I have high ping on desktop when i use Wifi for connecting to modem, problem is one month ago my ping with wifi was normal but now is 2000ms (see pic, blue is ping to modem and black is ping to google.com)





i checked this things:

- at same time ping is normal on laptop over wifi

- i tried a new wifi adapter card and modem but my ping still is 2000ms

- i tried reinstalling Drivers.

and with Ethernet cable ping is normal on desktop but i have to use wifi connection, pls help to fix this weird issue
