Windows 10: Wifi Corrupt for Upload Speed

Hello. I have an HP Pavilion 15 Laptop. For the past week, I've been having this issue where my Upload Speed is capped to 0.38 Mbps exactly - not below this nor above - sometimes 0.39. While my download speed is normal at 8 Mbps. When I plug in a LAN Cable it gives normal speed, the issue is in Wifi. Here are some imp points to note:2 Weeks Ago, I reinstalled Windows using Media Creation Tool. Formatted all drives and everything and reinstalled not because for Wifi Issues but for other reasons.I downloaded and installed all games, software, files etc around 300+ GB.Nothing to registry ha

Slow upload speed over WiFi

I have just had my internet upgraded to full fibre and get 500Mbps upload & download.
I have multiple devices on the WiFi network and they all get at least 200Mbps upload and download, all except my desktop PC which gets 500Mbps Download but only 4Mbps Upload.

I have used my Android phone and laptop at the exact same location as my desktop and get over 350Mbps upload and download.

I have been using SPEEDTEST by Ookla to check the speeds.

I need help to figure out why my Desktop PC is so slow.

It has a Aorus Gigabyte GC-WBAX210 wifi card installed with the latest Intel drivers.

Any suggestions on what i can try would be much appreciated

Upload Speed

Hi

I was wondering why my upload speed was .92 or .70 and i want to fix it so does anyone have any suggestions to fix my upload speed?

By the way i live in the wide country and i was wondering if that had anything to do with that.

Upload speed capped on windows 10

I'm using ADSL like you suggested, I'm also using the talktalk wifi-hub, however I have also tried with the talktalk super-router and am receiving the same issue. Upload speed is being capped at 7.9mbps.
