Windows 10: Wifi disappeared from list of networks even though i had been using it for months

I got on my pc today and my wifi was just gone from the list, random neighbors wifi are showing up but not mine. It was working perfectly fine before. I have tried every solution i can find and nothing works. I have gone on cmd and typed every netsh cmd and reset my pc, reset the internet, reset the adapter settings. Ive uninstalled my usb internet adapter and reinstalled. Ive check for updates. Ive tried forgetting the networkits just gone for good now, ive tried disabling firewall and resetting it. And it still wont appear. Theres no way i’m out of range because it has been working before

Wifi network disappearing from list

On my Asus laptop windows 10, my wifi network keeps disappearing from the list of available networks. It happens when I use my laptop almost anywhere at home except on my desk. Sometimes it'll connect for a bit but then it'll disappear for 5 or 10+ minutes then reappear and repeat this process over and over. When used on my desk it appears to work fine and stays connected. The thing is I have tested this with 2 other laptops in the same places it happens and even reset the modem so this made me not think if it could be signal blockage/interruption. I have tried many debugging options related to this issue from other questions asked on here including updating/uninstalling/rolling back the wifi network adapter. I have taken it to a pc tech guy but he did not find any problem and tested on his network and it was fine. Any advice is much appreciated.

 

List availible wifi networks with powershell

I always use elevated cmd and I tested it again it is the same on other computer. Point is if you are not connected to wifi you get all listed if you are connected to one wifi you get only tht one. But you must not click icon on taskbar for wifis for a minute. All networks are availible all the time Also I have no restrictions. C:\>netsh wlan show filters Allow list on the system (group policy) --------------------------------------- <None> Allow list on the system (user) ------------------------------- <None> Block list on the system (group policy) --------------------------------------- <None> Block list on the system (user) ------------------------------- <None> - - - Updated - - -

when I use this line tha yes I get all wifis

 

WiFi appears in Manage Known Networks, not in Show Available Networks

The list of WiFi connections shown when you click the WiFi icon in the taskbar is a list of all the signals that can currently be seen by the WiFi adapter. The list in Manage Known Networks is a list of all those you have previously successfully connected to, whether or not they are currently available.

The only plausible explanation is that for a while that WiFi signal had been turned off.
