Windows 10: Wifi disconnects when logging out or switching user, Windows 11 Home

hi everyone. Searched but could only find posts from 2011 and were too old to follow with Windows 11. We have one Window 11 Home computer that we remote into via a program named Manage Engine. We login with various users. When a user logs in, does some work then logs out, the computer disconnects from Wifi. Someone then needs to get to that computer to simply click Connect from the logon screen.Yes "Connect Automatically" is in fact checked. We put a visual on it many times. What else can we check? I am going to test the same with Windows 11 Pro within my reach and see if the same thing happen

• If you have an identical laptop try comparing the wifi and security settings of the one that does not disconnect with the one that does. If you find any differences change the settings of the one that does not work to the one that does.

User switching

I'm running W10 PRO on a desktop and I have the following problem:

• There are 2 users
• Both have admin rights and password
• User1 is logged in
• Taskmanager, tab users shows User1
• Pressing Ctrl+Alt+Delete and switch to User2
• Taskmanager, tab users shows User1(disconnected) and User2
• Pressing Ctrl+Alt+Delete and switch to User1
• Taskmanager, tab users shows User1, User1(disconnected) and User2(disconnected)

The previous session of User1 is still there, but under the User1(disconnected) session

My Question is: Why is the previous session not restored and why is a new session started?
I think this was not the case some time (and updates) ago.

Can anybody please help? Thanks

Thank you for updating us. it is truly possible that another user is still being recognized by your operating system. To disconnect the other user logged in, you may follow the steps below:

• Press Windows key + Shift key + Esc
  to go to Task Manager.
• Go to the Users tab.
• If you see the other user there, right-click on it and press Disconnect.
