Windows 10: Wifi fluctuating up and down and extremely slow sending and receiving in kbps even though I...

The issue had started around 2 months ago and as of now fixing it has no luck. The wifi is constantly fluctuating up and down, unlike computers of my friends whose wifi are just a stable straight line. How would I fix this?

Hey I have been getting this problem for quite some time and it's starting to annoy me quite a lot. So whenever I connect to the internet I always check the Task Manager and it says: Kbps 0 Received/Send. I have absolutly no clue where to go at this point.
I have tried implementing a MAC address, Switched channels in my router. My signal is great but Kbps is absolutely terrible. I feel like there is a very easy solution that I have not tried. Can anybody help me?

 

Why does my my wi-fi connection in Task Manager show the Kbps keeps spiking up and down?

It will show various send and receive speeds likd send 144 kbps receive 144 kbps and then drop to send 0 and receive 0 and keep fluctuating like that. It makes my streaming radio keep cutting out. The other 2 computers on my network don't have this problem.
It's new computer with Windows 10. Please advise.
