Windows 10: Wifi frequently disconnects due to driver

I have a Windows 10 computer, which is constantly disconnecting. Sometimes it will even lose track of the network despite no issues with the signal and I am forced to manually fix the problem by resetting the wireless adapter. The driver is up to date. What could be causing this?

The above issue might have occurred due to non-updated or incompatible wireless network adapters installed in the computer. The issue might also occur if the third party applications/programs is conflicting with the network drivers installed on the
computer.

• Did you check if similar issue persists on connecting to internet via Ethernet cable?
• Do you get any error message or error code when Wi-Fi disconnects on the computer?

If you haven’t tried, check if similar issue persists on connecting to internet via Ethernet cable on the computer. This is only to check if the issue is caused due to non-updated or incompatible wireless network drivers installed in the computer

Method 1: Run the Network Adapter Troubleshooter
Run this troubleshooter to check if the issue is with your Network Adapter. Refer these steps:

• Right click on Start button, select Control Panel.
• Change the view by option on the top right to Large icons.
• Click on Troubleshooting and click on the view all option on the left panel.
• Run the Network Adapter troubleshooter.

Method 2:

Try uninstalling drivers from the device manager and restart the computer.

  Press Windows key + X and click on
  Device Manager.

  Expand Network Adapter.
  
• 
  Right click on the driver and select Uninstall.
  

Note: Once you restart the computer, please wait till the computer reinstall the driver automatically.

Lan disconnects frequently on wifi router

I have a wifi router setup,
internet on my laptop works fine which is connected on wireless
but my pc which is connected through lan with wifi router get disconnected after some time, and to make it work I have to disable and then enable it.

Please help regarding this issue.
