Windows 10: Wifi goes out/disconnects whenever downloading "large" files

Hey guys.Whenever I download large files such as games my internet disconnects, even though it does not say disconnected in the internet tray. It's happened to me multiple times if I'm downloading via Epic Games, Steam, or just Chrome. The only change I've made is disabling the option on my Wi-Fi adapter to not shut off to save power. Hope this is enough information for you to help, thanks in advance.

• If you have an identical laptop try comparing the wifi and security settings of the one that does not disconnect with the one that does. If you find any differences change the settings of the one that does not work to the one that does.

Usb3 hdd disconnected on copy or install large files

i don't think it's power problem cuz i did some testing on live Windows disk

list of my tries to fix problem
1.disabled Suspend device in power option.
2.disabled legacy USB in bios.
3.uninstalling driver USB 3.0 and reinstalling.
any suggestion?

 

WIFI disconnecting

My Wifi is on, but my laptop keeps disconnecting from my wifi. also, when my laptop goes to sleep and then wakeup the wifi does not even show the list of available networks. So after switching on the airplane mode and then turning it back off, the wifi
networks are listed but either it does not connect to my network or if it does, it gets disconnected as soon as I open any tab .
I have tried troubleshooting, reinstalling wifi drivers, but nothing seems to fix it.
This started after windows updated a few weeks back.
please help
