Windows 10: WiFi icon does not load for windows 11 hp laptop

I restarted my PC and when I unlocked it, I saw that it was not connected to the internet. I went to the wifi icon thing and when I tried to access the internet it wasn't there at all. It only connected through my type C to C phone cord but other than that it still doesn't show the wifi icon. I don't know what I can. I hope I wanted to share a picture so you understand better but it keeps failing.

HP Stream 11 under Windows 10 - Touchpad not recognized.

Are you making sure you are trying the correct driver for the WiFi... They list Broadcom, Intel, and/or Realtek.

Also, try to run the installer as an administrator install.

If that fails... try extracting the files and manually install the driver.

HP Pavilion laptop wifi problems

Couple of things.

First, I'm almost positive that model of laptop was part of the big HP recall. The cooling was sub-par and the chipset had the problem with the solder failing due to heat.

Second, the WIFI starting to fail was an early sign that the laptop was close to dying.
