Windows 10: WIFI issues in Win 10

Discus and support WIFI issues in Win 10 in Windows 10 Network and Sharing to solve the problem; I'm forever having issues with my Lenovo Laptop WIFI connection.     WIFI issues in Win 10


    I'm forever having issues with my Lenovo Laptop WIFI connection. It keeps dropping out spasmodically for no reason. I'd like to have some stability when connected to the Internet. The only reliable connections I get are from my desktop and my iPhone and an ancient ACER laptop still working on Win 7. I am about to try something that worked on Windows VISTA and I'll keep you posted. I'm pretty sure there are many people with the same WIFI problems

    Wifi network not appearing after recent Win 10 monthly patch

    Someone else on another forum suggested I switch the wifi freq on my Android Nexus 5x. So I switched it from 5ghz to 2.4 and it worked! Problem solved. Now my Nexus hotspot is again appearing in my Win 10 list of available wifi networks. So problem was with Android and not Windows.

    That's what the auto setting will do since you're over the 1333 mark it jumps to the next step which isn't listed or officially supported I assume by that ram.

    At this point though I would suggest dropping the multi one step or .5 so that we can get something stable and possibly take the heat issue out of the picture for now.

    WIFI issues in Win 10

    Windows 10 WiFi Issues (NOT VPN RELATED)

    I have upgraded my Dell Inspiron 3148 to Win 10 from 8.1...and I have had countless calls/chats to Dell and Microsoft Support fighting this wifi disconnect issue...so far no help.

    I will try your seemingly simple "do nothing" advice on lid closure...I'll report back....
