Windows 10: Wifi Keeps Cutting Out

Have a user who is experiencing intermittent Wifi connection issues. Sometimes rebooting resolves the issue, sometimes it requires turning off and on the specific network adapter, but these generic troubleshooting resolutions did not stick long term.Created a wireless network report using the following command:netsh wlan show wlanreportHere are a couple screenshots that stood out:From what I am seeing I would guess the problem is with a power state setting on the network adapter itself and/or WLAN AutoConfig service setting?

Windows 10 Wifi keeps disconnecting after Spring update

Hello there.

After I updated my PC with the latest patch, my wifi is horrible. It keeps dropping the internet connection every 10 minutes or so and the access to internet is cut off for 10 - 20 secs and then comes back. Really annoying.

(I tried updating my wifi adapter, internet adapter on the Device manage, also the easy step turn off and on the router and didn't solve my issue)

Any suggestions? Thanks.

Update drivers

Reset TCP/IP

To do this, follow these steps:

  Command Prompt
  as
  Administrator.
  
• 
  Run
  this command:

    netsh
    int
    ip reset
    and hit
    Enter.
    

Exit
Command Prompt
and
monitor your network connection.

Disable auto turn-off of
WiFi device.

  Go to
  Network and Sharing Center.
  
• 
  Click
  Change adapter settings
  on the right pane.
  
• 
  Right-click your
  connection name(WiFi
  name) and choose
  Properties.
  
• 
  Click on
  Configure...
  button.
  
• 
  Go to
  Power Management
  tab.
  
• 
  Uncheck/disable
  the check box radio for "Allow this device to turn off this device to save
  power".
  
• 
  Restart the PC
  (Important).
  

Reconfigure TCP/IP

To do this, follow these steps:

wifi cuts off

my wifi keeps cutting off while laptop isnt in use , how do i change it as im gonna smash my laptop soon because of this silly problem and cant fix the problem
