Windows 10: wifi keeps disconnecting when using youtube or playing videos on facebook

hey. i have a big problem whenever i try to watch youtube or do other heavy stuf, my internet then just suddenly disconects. i have tried multiple things without any successLike i've tried a lot of things but it still keeps happening. i don't know when this started to happen because its an old laptop of mine. more than 4 years oldI think the it's something with the harddrive but i don't really know because i'm not really knowledgeable about computer stuff. So can someone help me?

Sign out from the current user account, restart the pc and login to the Admin account or the MSA to test if that helps with this issue. Suggest you to use either Internet Explorer or Microsoft Edge to check if that helps.

Also suggest you to install any pending Windows updates on the pc to check if that helps.
Updates are additions to software that can help prevent or fix problems, improve how your computer works, or enhance your computing experience.

All videos played on Facebook or YouTube are scramble on my Acer Aspire 5810TZ.

 

Issues while playing videos on YouTube

Whenever I try to watch videos on youtube, my laptop won't play them and just keep loading. Every time I try, the audio function stops working and then the video will play. I have ran the troubleshoot for the audio and it says it's fixed but then the video
won't play again. It's not my wifi since my roommates are able to load youtube fine as well as my phone. Any suggestions on what I should do?
