    Hello there,My circumstance is pretty specific so bear with me. I have a PC Windows 10 Home, 64 bit version 22H2 in a studio with a bunch of other units, there is free WIFI in the building which has been working fine for years. A few days ago, the network suddenly stop, then went to 1 bar, sometimes disappearing altogether and wouldn't reconnect and I had to tether from my phone's mobile network. I thought it was a problem with the building, but it turns out no other unit has this problem, and my phone can connect to the network without issue. So it seems pretty clear that it's my problem.Th

    PC drops Dropping Network and won't reconnect

    My laptop drops the full bars WIFI signal and won't reconnect until I reboot.

    I am using Windows 10. The troubleshooter states there is a network

    cable unplugged. I am using WIFI???

    Enabling FIPS on a wifi signal disabled my laptop from connecting to that signal?

    I enabled FIPS compliant processing on my home wifi network, thinking nothing of it. Suddenly, the network disappears from my computer, only to show up at the bottom of my network list with an x through the signal. The network is still emitting signal, as
    my phone receives it properly.

    How do I disable FIPS so that I can reconnect to my home wifi network?

    wifi looses signal and won't reconnect

    My windows 10 ASUS laptop occasionally loses the wi-fi signal and then will not automatically reconnect. I have virgin media 100mbps fibre with the superhub 2ac.

    The Wi-Fi signal is strong throughout the house with no other issues, IPAD, phones and work laptop all stay connected and never notably drop. What is most annoying is that I cannot then reconnect to the router without restarting the laptop.

    The network adaptor is the QUALCOMM Atheros AR9485 and I have unticked the power management box to stop the computer turning off the device to save power. Driver is 3.0.2.201, which is the latest driver, and my device is alledgedly working properly according
    to the device manager box.

    Also forgetting the network and then trying to reconnect does not work.

    Grateful for any suggestions.
