  1. WiFi networks dissapearing and not showing up

My computer has been powering on and working fine for a couple of minutes. After a while it says that it is connected with no internet. Then after another minute all my wifi networks vanish and they don't reappear.I have tried Restarting the computerReinstalling the network driversSwitching the Wi-Fi on and offRestarting the router it works fine for everyone elseThe thing is, everytime I restart the computer everything works fine for a couple of minutes. Does anyone know what's going on?

    Wifi Networks not showing

On my Laptop if I wanted to change the wifi connection I would always see a list of the available networks when I selected the Wifi icon on the task bar.
Since the last major update to Windows 10 I find that when I select the wifi icon I only see the current connection

To see other networks within range I have to open the 'Network settings' and choose 'Show available networks' - then they show up.

Does anyone have any explanation for this - or possibly a 'fix' to show them all from the taskbar again.

  3. WiFi "Add button dissapeared. Can't connect to my home network.

Hmm, that is very strange Rusty. What do you see at the bottom of the Advanced screen?

Just out of curiosity, how many Known Networks are in the list? How many of them are Secure?

    Restart PC

    Fix #2

    Right-click on your network adapter.

    Step 4

    Select Properties.

    Step 5

    Step 6

Unmark the checkbox next to Allow the computer to turn off this device to save power.
