Windows 10: WiFi not appearing in Network and Internet for Windows 10, how do I fix this?

Hello I recently bought a new gaming PC which did not have a wireless card installed. I have manually inserted the wireless card and set up the antenna as instructed. However when I go into network and internet in the settings for Windows 10 the option to connect to Wi-Fi doesn't appear.

I have tried reinstalling Windows 10 and downloading the drivers for the wireless card (after downloading them to USB) that I've inserted into the motherboard.


I don't have an ethernet cable.


The Wireless card is GC-CI22M_A GC-CI11M_A if that helps


Can anyone offer a suggestion?

Wifi network not appearing after recent Win 10 monthly patch


Someone else on another forum suggested I switch the wifi freq on my Android Nexus 5x. So I switched it from 5ghz to 2.4 and it worked! Problem solved. Now my Nexus hotspot is again appearing in my Win 10 list of available wifi networks. So problem was with Android and not Windows.

 

windows 10 wifi networks list appears beyond the upper limit of the screen.

in windows 10, every time i click the wifi icon in the taskbar, the wifi networks list appear but every time there's networks names that is listed but not appear as it present beyond the upper limit of the screen and i must decrease the font size of the
list by zooming out by 2 fingers to make the hidden networks names come down and see it. but sometimes also, when there's so many networks ,it become impossible to make these networks names come down. what's the solution?
