Windows 10: Wifi not working after a brief power out

There was a brief power outage and my computer shut off, and when I turned it back on I had no access to the internet. It says that my Ethernet Cable is not properly plugged in or might be broken but I never have used one on my computer. And it is not letting me have the option to connect to the wifi.

Lost Power, now PC won't boot. Powers on and clicks.

I had tried both of those steps. Neither worked. I have a replacement power supply on order. Should be here on Monday. Thanks for the suggestions.

Thank you for reaching out to us. We suggest you to try to disable auto turn-off of WiFi device by following the steps below:

• Go to Network and Sharing Center.
• At the right pane, click Change adapter settings.
• Right click on your connection name (WiFi name) and Properties.
• Click the Configure... button.
• Go to Power Management tab.
• Uncheck/disable the radio button for "Allow this device to turn off this device to save power".
• 
  Restart the PC (Important)
