Windows 10: wifi option disappeared

i have tried everything i can find to solve this issue but it has persisted. the wifi option does not appear in the ‘network and internet’ section, there are only options for ethernet, vpn and airplane mode. i’ve tried to uninstall/update the drivers in device manager but the drivers do not even appear at all. the chip is MediaTek Wi-Fi 6 MT7921 Wireless LAN card the only drivers that show up are for the ethernet and WAN Miniport. i’ve also tried to perform a network reset but that also hasn’t done anything to help.edit: when i restart my computer, it connects to the wifi but then after a wh

• Have you made any changes to your computer prior to this issue?
• Have you installed all the pending Windows updates?

WiFi and Bluetooth Options Disappeared from Device management

I suggest you to follow the steps below and check if it helps.

Step 1: Run the Network Adapter troubleshooter.

  Press Windows key +X, select
  Control panel.
  
• 
  Change the view by option on the top right to
  Large icons.
  
• 
  Click on troubleshooting and click on the
  view all option on the left panel.
  
• 
  Run the Network Adapter troubleshooter.
  

Step 2: You may follow the steps and check if it helps in resolving the issue, as the device might be hidden.

    Press Windows key + X.
    
  • 
    Click on Device Manager.
    
  • 
    Click on View.
    
  • 
    Click on Show
    Hidden Devices.
    
  • 
    Search for the Bluetooth device.

Wifi option disappeared

My laptop no longer has the wifi button, it only allows me to use the internet using Ethernet. When I looked for the wifi option is the network settings, it is completely gone, all I have is the VPN, Ethernet etc. The methods that were listed didn't help
me with this problem.

Please help.
