Windows 10: Wifi option doesnt show and only shows airplane mode option

my wifi option doesnt show up ever since i changed keyboard which i dont think its a virus it only shows me the airplane mode and when i went for trouble shoot it tells me ethernet cable is unplugged even though i dont use ethernet, i also tried network reset, restarting router/laptop nothing worked. i even went as far as checking videos and other users issue and yet it doesnt work for me, my wifi router also does not appear in the device manager anymore

Wifi option not showing.

Wifi option isn't showing even after I tried updating the drivers. Only airplane mode is being shown nothing else. I even tried to rectify the problem through BIOS setup but alas. Please help me out.

 

Airplane mode and WiFi are showing up

I have a desktop computer that wouldn’t show any WiFi networks. I put it on airplane mode and tried to turn it back off but it won’t show airplane mode anyway in my computer. It's not in settings, action center, anything. Is there a way to make my airplane
mode show up on computer? I'll deal with the WiFi last.

 

WIFI Option and Airplane mode

I just want to ask if why I don't have a wifi option and an airplane mode option. I connect to internet using ethernet but how can I connect to wifi? Since I bought this pc, it doesn't have a wifi option but I remember that it has an airplane mode, but
after a few weeks the airplane mode dissappear and i dont know why :<. Also, I'm planning to reset this pc and see if it works. Another thing is, how can I connect using bluetooth? It says that I dont have a miracast but I dont even know what miracast
