Windows 10: Wifi options not showing up??? Help please.

So my pc automatically updated Windows yesterday and when I started up my PC today, it wasnt connected to any wifi networks. There are zero wifi networks showing up, and I dont see the option to enable wifi at all on the network settings. Did the update fuck up my connections somehow??? Its like the update removed any wifi capabilities whatsoever!!!

TLDR: My internet worked just fine yesterday. After the update I'm not connected to anything, and I cant find my router or any wifi-related network options anywhere.

WiFi and Bluetooth Options Disappeared from Device management

I suggest you to follow the steps below and check if it helps.

Step 1: Run the Network Adapter troubleshooter.

  Press Windows key +X, select
  Control panel.
  
• 
  Change the view by option on the top right to
  Large icons.
  
• 
  Click on troubleshooting and click on the
  view all option on the left panel.
  
• 
  Run the Network Adapter troubleshooter.
  

Step 2: You may follow the steps and check if it helps in resolving the issue, as the device might be hidden.

    Press Windows key + X.
    
  • 
    Click on Device Manager.
    
  • 
    Click on View.
    
  • 
    Click on Show
    Hidden Devices.
    
  • 
    Search for the Bluetooth device.
