Windows 10: Wifi options won't appear and connot skip the initial set up screen

Discus and support Wifi options won't appear and connot skip the initial set up screen in Windows 10 Gaming to solve the problem; I reset my pc and now I need to connect to a network, however, nothing is showing up on my screen....     I reset my pc and now I need to connect to a network, however, nothing is showing up on my screen.

    Hi

    my new aspire 5 all of a sudden stopped letting me open the wifi list, while i had the same provider it was allright but right now i have changed my provider and since i can´t see the available networks it doesn´t let me choose it.
    I´ve already tried to update drivers, restart internet settings, save the new wifi mannualy to see if the computer could connect. but nothing provided results.
    From what i can guess it looks like the problem is not in the connection, because i can connect in to my old wifi and also a ethernet cable but somethig is preventing the wifi list to appear.

    To better assist you, we would like to know more information regarding this issue. Kindly answer the following:

    • Since it is the initial setup, have you tried skipping the step of connecting your PC to WiFi, or is there no option to do that?
    • If you already skipped this step, what is the default browser that you're currently using?
    • Does this only happen when trying to connect to a specific WiFi hotspot?

    Your reply is most important for us to assist you accordingly.
