Windows 10: Wifi randomly becomes laggy, only on my computer

Hi,I've always had wifi problems on my computer, they were rare and not too annoying. My family recently changed of modem and now it's a mess. It only happens at night, my wifi suddenly becomes really slow till I just lose completely internet it's written "No Internet, secured". I have a network card and a network usb key, the network card started creating problems so I've only been using the usb key for months. But now whatever I use it's bad actually even worse with the network card. My network card is a Gigabyte GC-WB1733D-I and my network usb key is a TP-Link Archer T3U my motherboard

Mouse randomly laggy and stutters

I am having an annoying problem where my mouse is randomly laggy and stutters
The mouse is capable of being wireless, but I am connecting permanently on the usb charging cable

I have never experienced this problem on Windows 10 before
but it seems to have started occurring.


If anyone can help solve this problem?

mouse = Logitech G700s
windows 10 pro version = 1803

Seems like the entire OS is also been feeling laggy lately too..
I did not experience this problem on Windows 10 before..

 

Windows randomly disconnects WiFi

After installing 1903 update, my wifi randomly disconnects. I've to disconnect and reconnect wifi to make it work again.

Can anyone suggest some tips to solve this issue?
