Windows 10: Wifi Slowly Drops then disconnects when downloading from any source

Since I built my pc, I have had issues with wifi. I always disconnect when trying to download online from any sources browsers or game launchers, even download managers. I have tried almost every fix yet this issue is still present.

• If you have an identical laptop try comparing the wifi and security settings of the one that does not disconnect with the one that does. If you find any differences change the settings of the one that does not work to the one that does.

lumia 635 dropped call when wifi was disconnected

My Lumia 635- I was on a call and my son disconnected the wifi in our home to relocate the modem. My call simultaneously dropped and I can't make any out going calls. Incoming go straight to voicemail. Text pic & wifi all still work. Carrier suggested
reset but I want to see if there is another fix.

 

WIFI Keeps dropping

I performed the steps in the recommendation and I'm not dropping Wifi connections as much as I was. It will disconnect a couple of times a day as compared to every 20 minutes before. So it helped but hasn't completely fixed my problem.
