Windows 10: Wifi speed drops to incredibly low speeds when playing online game

I have 1 gbps fiber, often averaging speeds of 400 mbps upload/download speeds. Whenever i launch any online game, whether it be COD or something like sons of the forest, it will drop to speeds around 6mbps download, 0.25mbps upload, making anything other than the game unusable. Often my friends cannot hear me if im in a call with them since i break up due to the bad connection, but despite all of this my game connectivity stays normal, averaging a latency of around 7ms. i cannot figure out a fix, and this never happens on my console or my previous pc, i have downloaded all recent drivers, my

I tried that on a low demanding game and the speed was 3 GHz but I'm Roblox case there is something new with the charger unplugged I play smoothly but as soon as I plug the charger in it drops to 0.99ghz

If you set that to High Performance and then play your game, does that stop the processor speed dropping?

My wifi normal speed is 50 mbps which I get using internet speed test.After working for some time using chrome and retesting speed it shows about 30mbps.If I restart my comouter or disconnect thr wifi and reconnect I restore the 50 mbps but for unspecified time after that it drops again to 30 mbps and stays on this speed.

I checked background services including upgrade and stoped them with no success.

Every thing works normally at the lower speed.
