Windows 10: WiFi throughput drops to zero when opening Windows Explorer

I have Windows10 64bit 20H2 OS Build 19042.985, I use a USB Wifi adaptor from TP-Link Archer T9UH it works absolutely perfectly with excellent connection to the router. I have very stable and consistant bandwidth speed.Every time I open Windows explorer the WiFi throughput immediately drops to zero for around 4 or 5 seconds before returning to normal.I have tried a different TP-Link Archer T4U adaptor and it does exactly the same.I have tried the drivers from TP-Link and the drivers found by Windows, both do exactly the same.I have tried a clean boot and have the same issue.Oth

WiFi speed drops to ZERO

The WiFi speed suddenly drops to ZERO. It fluctuates between the maximum speed and zero, and then finally sticks to ZERO. I have tried almost everything like troubleshooting, Re-installing the WiFi driver, Disabling & Enabling the WiFi driver, etc. I have
also tried to connect the same network with the Ethernet and it worked fine. Is this the software issue or some hardware issue?

Windows 10: In the new version of Windows, Explorer has a section called Quick Access. This includes your frequent folders and recent files. Explorer defaults to opening this page when you open a new window. If you’d rather open the usual This PC, with links to your drives and library folders, follow these steps:

• Open a new Explorer window.
• Click View in the ribbon.
• Click Options.
• Under General, next to “Open File Explorer to:” choose “This PC.”
• Click OK

File explorer will not open on windows 10

In this case, it's possible that the File Explorer is set to open an incorrect/corrupted file location. To rule out folder path related issues, we suggest that you follow the steps below:

• Type Control Panel in the search box. From the search result, click
  Control Panel.
• Select Small icons from the View by: drop-down list located on the top right side of the window.
• Select File Explorer Options.
• Under the General tab, select This
  PC from the Open File Explorer to: drop-down list.
• Click OK.

Once you're done, open File Explorer again and check if the issue persists.
