Windows 10: Wifi Troubles

My Toshiba Satellite model# PSCFWU-029005Will not connect to my wifi anymore.ATT came out and replaced my Modem yesterday and everything worked good. but this morning it wont connect to the wifi won't even search for it. I have it connected to wifi from my phone now but other than that it keep saying "no network found"I'm not at all computer savvy. and have no idea how to fix this I have Windows 8.1 on here right nowand help would be greatly appreciated.thanks

WiFi connection troubles

here is what i'm facing









I've installed the drivers you recommended and I've followed the instructions (and restarted).nothing has changed. maybe I'm missing a step? I'm currently plugged into an ethernet cable right now, which is what the troubleshooter told me to do.

 

Trouble saving voicemail number

To access my voicemail it is my phone number, a pause and 4 digit pin.



I did the following steps:

• Turned off default voicemail number
• Added a , (for pause) at end of my phone number
• Added the 4 digit pin

I get the following error message We're having trouble saving your voicemail number right now. Try again later.



Any suggestions on how to correct this?

 

Windows 10 wifi not turning on Acer Aspire laptop

In order to get the list of available wireless networks, you have to:

1. Switch on Connect to suggested open hotspots (see the screenshot in question);
   
2. Click on Wifi icon in the right corner. Now you have your networks back.
   

After that the parameter from Step 1 can be turned off, networks will be listed normally after restarting Wifi.

P.S. I feel rather stupid at the moment. I thought that open hotspots are passwordless hotspots and so are presumably not very safe. So of course I've turned that off during installation.
Really hard to see any logic in this case.
