Windows 10: Wifi-turns off, internet options freeze, device manager freezes

Hey EveryoneI have had a bit of an issue for a few years now and have tried solving it on my own but as it has been happening more often recently I wanted to see if there maybe is a solution that I am just not aware of.From time to time while working on my pc, playing videogames or simply watching movie my internet cuts out only on the computer, the connection continues working on my laptop and cellphone. When I then attempt to choose the correct connection again and open the window for it it just keeps loading. If I try to access the internet options via settings the settings window either

Turning wifi on cause my Laptop to freeze

I have a HP-G42 Laptop with windows 10 installed, recently i came across new issues

• Turning WiFi on causes laptop to freeze including mouse and keyboard.
  
• Sometimes it freeze for no reason.
