Windows 10: Wifi wont load anything except google

Exactly what the title says. Whenever I load something other than google, it says "this site cant be reached [website] unexpectedly closed the connection." Whenever I search something, it'll load every result aswell as a description perfectly. But when I go on any other website, It cant be reached.

No programs that use internet will load either. Discord, minecraft, zoom, steam, are all offline

This problem happens from time to time. If I wait a couple hours the problem goes away. And come back the next day. But this happens during an online meeting, I cant join back until it wears off.

I've looked into this issue before. Everyone that says it can also load YouTube. I cant load YouTube at all

I've tried completely replacing my internet card, and flushing my DNS.

Google wont load WTF?!?!?

No not at all, no google at all...

Yet I can ping it from a command prompt...

Page just fails to load I get that stupid "Cannot Display" error..
I can get to everything else perfectly fine.

 

photo app in windows 10 wont load

my photo app wont open, and I cant uninstall it for it does not come up in the apps list in the settings. But it is in the all apps list.

When I have tried to reinstall it from playstore it says already installed. But wont open, and the new Twinui default photo view app wont open any jpeg files it say "class not registered".

I have followed other suggestions of troubleshooting, and system scan with no results.

Any suggestions?
