Windows 10: wifis not appearing after windows fresh installation

So recently I did something wrong in my registry and I had to fully reinstall windows from a USB, Windows is normal except for the fact that No wifis appear, I have a TP-Link wifi adapter and when I connect it, it just appears in other devices as "USB2.0 WLAN" with no drivers, before this happened it used to blink green and off I had wifi, now it just stays green, when disconnected from either sides PC or Adapter It just goes off, I've tried reinstalling windows and the same thing happens.The wifi list is just empty, the only thing that appears is the Network & Internet Settings.Any he

windows xp installation and dual core am

could someone please list the steps they follow to install windows with a dual core processor and windows xp service pack to. I'm reletively new to amd dual core and i feel i'm missing a step. All help will be appreciated. thanx

If you having an issue installing a driver that worked before you formatted or wont install on a fresh build, sometimes this means hardware damage

 

Wifi network not appearing after recent Win 10 monthly patch

Someone else on another forum suggested I switch the wifi freq on my Android Nexus 5x. So I switched it from 5ghz to 2.4 and it worked! Problem solved. Now my Nexus hotspot is again appearing in my Win 10 list of available wifi networks. So problem was with Android and not Windows.
