Windows 10: will a blue screen ever restart

I have a blue screen message that says "Your device ran into a problem and needs to restart. We'll restart for you." Will it restart and how long does it take? I have gone on the windows.com /stopecode, troubleshoot blue screen error page. I end up with a different error.
