Windows 10: Will deleting photos on iPhone automatically delete photos imported on Windows 10 Photos App?

Windows 10 automatically synced all my iPhone photos onto the Photos Program on my Computer when connected through USB. I would like to delete/clear out some photos. If I delete photos on my iPhone will they also automatically delete on the imported Photos file or do I have to also delete them again on the computer?

PHOTOS NOT DELETING AFTER IPHONE IMPORT

Photos import from my iphone 6s with no problem and I always check delete photos after import. However, after photos have completed importing and begins to delete, the status bar stops at maybe 5% and doesn't move from that point on. When I disconnect my
iphone, the photos are on the laptop but wasn't deleted from the phone. Please advise.

 

Old photos not importing from iPhone after deleting them from Photos app

I successfully imported all my photos from my iPhone into the Windows 10 Photo App. However, I decided to delete them from the app after they downloaded, but the photos remained on my iPhone, as I was busy testing the Photo app functionality.

Now, when I try to re-download them - the Photo App seems to remember what was previously downloaded, and now states "There is nothing new to import". However, it does work if I take a new photo on my iPhone, but it only picks up and downloads the new photo,
and not the old ones. I'm sure the download history is there to prevent older photos from being recopied every time it searches for photos. Is there a way to clear the Photo App history so that I can download the photos again?

I have tried deleting the contents in %appdata%\..\Local\Packages\Microsoft.Windows.Photos_8wekyb3d8bbwe\LocalState in an attempt to reset the app, but this didn't work.

Imported iPhone photos fail to delete

Ihpone 6s . Importing photos marked for deletion after import fail to delete, same with iPhone 5s. No clue
