Windows 10: Will Downloading Windows 10 Pro N Cause Issues If I'm Not In Europe?

So basically I'm buying a new SSD and will reinstall windows on it and format my pc. But with my experience I found that windows forces a TON of uncessecary apps to be downloaded that can't be uninstalled. But then I discovered what the "N" version of windows 10 means, and I'm thinking of choosing that option when reinstalling windows 10 pro. The problem is that I saw a bunch of people saying that it works for people in europe, but I already have my hands on it via the free "ISO" from Microsoft since I already have windows 10 pro activated in the past. I don't live in europe, so if I download the N version will it cause me any issues??? And if so, is there any other way around the forced media/game apps it automatically downloads and runs in the background?

will do. i think both are on the windows 10 one. if i want to install from a usb drive, do i have to make it a bootable drive somehow (some extra step), or will it automatically boot with the saved windows 10 I downloaded?
