Windows 10: Will factory reset delete emails entirely? Like off my xbox?

I'm trying to do a factory reset but my most important thing (soundcloud account with a lot of followers plus Xbox account with really valuable in game items) Is tied to that account that is on the laptop I want to reset. Will it delete my email off Xbox too? Like get rid of it off everything? Or will it just take it off the laptop and leave it to continue existence on other devices?

Factory reset Outlook

I was missing some information (not unusual). Before doing the factory reset, the person deleted some things she thought she didn't need. As a last resort, I suggested she contact Comcast and see if the missing emails were still on their server. They are
restoring the missing files she deleted and the missing emails.

Hacker Keeps resetting my Live email password.

I think he is trying hard to get to my Steam account again. Like I added in my first post I had a password reset for steam email.

And last time he did it I had several password reset emails in my live before (I suppose) he got it to work.

Now I don't even feel like my gmail is safe. I have it set up for Phone SMS and 2 step verification. Although I think he is having a hard time with my gmail.

HOW IS HE DOING IT!
