  1. Will factory resetting BIOS settings to restore Secure Boot in BIOS remove my files or no

I'm trying to download VALORANT and it needs me to enable Secure Boot, but I can't enabled it because it's greyed out and I tried making a new Administrator Password and it didn't work either so I want to factory reset my BIOS settings so that maybe it could work. Also, if that doesn't work how do I do this?

    :)

  2. i have problem with BIOS secure boot

hi what i suggest you do is go into your bios, and select the option to put everything back to factory defaults, and let me know if the problems fixed.

You should look for the setting in the bios "factory defaults" if you can’t find the restore to defaults take out the cmos battery on the motherboard for 30 seconds and then put it back in, and boot to windows

Resetting the bios to factory settings should enable secure boot by default, i hope this helps.,

    many thanks,

    francis.

  3. ive tried to restore factory reset but now stuck in bios

Could you describe how you tried to 'reset' it? Was there a restore point in use?

Being stuck in the Bios is never a good thing. Make sure your hard drive is working properly and your HD is set to 1st in the boot list.

BIOS, Secure boot status being off, while UEFI settings show that Secure boot is enabled

    Hi Somac76

Okay, if you do not have Bitlocker, then use the :'Restore Factory Keys' option, that resets the encryption keys on TPM.

Save and exit BIOS and boot into Windows, it should then see Secure Boot is enabled.
