Windows 10: Will fresh start have drivers that came with it.

Hello,So, I wanted to reset my pc because of a technical problem Thanks Windows 11, I greatly appreciate that I can't use the touchpad that I could previously use in Windows 10No hate on the engineers though, those lads worked hard on it and application problems.I was browsing google I came across some forum posts and websites telling me that resetting your pc will delete everything, even things that your manufacturer intended to stay there.So, does making a fresh start keep those things on your PC, or does it delete them as well?Appreciate any help.Also, I looked for info about fresh sta

Windows 10 fresh start

The main aim of Fresh start as the name suggests is to start fresh your Windows, by removing all the factory bloatware that came preinstalled with the computer.

Performing a Windows "Fresh Start" and pre-installed apps on my computer

Window says :

• Fresh start removes third-party antivirus software and all apps that don't come standard with Windows. This includes Microsoft apps such as Office, any desktop apps that came preinstalled on your device, and any Windows desktop apps, such
  as your device manufacturer's apps, support apps, and drivers. It keeps only Microsoft Store apps that your manufacturer installed.
• You won't be able to recover the apps that are removed. You'll need to manually reinstall them. Once Fresh start is done, double-click the Removed Apps icon on your desktop to see a list of the apps that were removed.

If I perform the Fresh Start, will I loose Power Media Player 14 from Cyberlink and others like it that came with the computer when I bought it?
