Windows 10: Will I have to get my PC repaired?

This might’ve started before this but its effects are kicking in now. My pc has been slow for a while and I didn’t think much of this, so when I’m told my game crashed and I should do a clean boot I don’t think twice, I look up a guide, follow ever step, and then start the clean boot. Here’s where the problems start it did this once before but what I did fixed it the first time, when I clicked for it to restart it showed an infinite updating screen, I waited for an hour with nothing, I eventually decided to completely shut off my pc then turn it on again, when I did this though everything went

In post 26 there were steps listed to fix the operating system corruption.
Are you able to follow them?
In post 29 was the suggested dism repair command.

Hi,

To address your concern, we suggest that you run the Windows Startup repair. To do that, follow these steps:

• Using you installation media, access the Windows recovery environment.
• Select Troubleshoot
• Choose Advanced option
• Choose Automatic Repair or Startup Repair.
• Once done, your system will restart.
